Who can register?
We accept patients across Essex.
If you live outside Shoebury, you’ll register as an out-of-area patient.

You can still access our same day Anima appointment system

Out-of-area patients cannot receive home visits from the practice

You must be able to travel to the surgery for any face-to-face appointments

Not recommended if you are housebound or have significant mobility issues

Easier Prescription Support
Our dedicated pharmacy team includes Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Prescription Clerks.
They work alongside our clinicians to help manage prescriptions, medication reviews and ongoing medication safely and efficiently.
You can also order repeat prescriptions and manage aspects of your healthcare through the NHS App.

Not Digital? We've Got You Covered
You will never be excluded from accessing care because you can't use digital services.
Our Care Navigation Team can support you by telephone or in person, and our new Coastal Assist service is being introduced specifically to help patients who are unable to submit their own online requests. We can go through the questions with you and make sure your request reaches the clinical team.
