Please allow us 72 hours (two working days), to process your prescription request.
We do not accept repeat prescription requests over the phone, all requests need to be in writing.

Collecting Your Repeat Medications
When you order a Repeat Medication online, you can have it sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. This is called a nomination.

You can collect your Repeat Medications from your nominated pharmacy 72 hours after you order it.
Medication Reviews
When a doctor wishes you to have regular medication, you will need a Medication Review every 6 months.
Failing to attend your review may cause a delay to your request.
