Collecting Your Repeat Medications
When you order a Repeat Medication online, you can have it sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. This is called a nomination.
Learn how to nominate a pharmacy.
You can collect your Repeat Medications from your nominated pharmacy 72 hours after you order it.
Medication Reviews
When a doctor wishes you to have regular medication, you will need a Medication Review every 6 months.
Failing to attend your review may cause a delay to your request.
Please understand our cautionary approach on this matter as uncontrolled issues of repeat prescriptions could, under certain circumstances, be potentially dangerous and compromise your health.
Questions about your Repeat Medications
If you have questions about your Repeat Medications, your local pharmacist can answer these. They can also answer questions about medicines you can buy without a prescription.
You can also use the NHS website for more information on your Repeat Medications, how and when to take them, possible side effects and answers to common questions.
If you would like to speak to someone at Southend Coastal Surgeries about your prescription, please use our online service.
