Vaccinations & Immunisations

Protecting You and Your Family

Vaccinations are one of the most effective ways to protect yourself, your family and the wider community from serious illness.

At Southend Coastal Surgeries, we provide a wide range of NHS vaccinations and immunisations for eligible children and adults throughout their lives.

Vaccinations We Offer

Depending on your age, medical history and NHS eligibility, vaccinations available through general practice may include:

  • Childhood vaccinations and boosters

  • MMR / MMRV

  • Flu vaccination

  • COVID-19 vaccination

  • RSV vaccination

  • Shingles vaccination

  • Pneumococcal vaccination

  • Whooping cough vaccination during pregnancy

  • HPV vaccination or catch-up vaccination where eligible

  • MenACWY and MenB vaccinations where eligible

  • Catch-up vaccinations if you have missed routine NHS immunisations

  • Additional vaccinations for patients with certain medical conditions or increased clinical risk

Some childhood and school-age vaccinations may be delivered through school immunisation teams or other NHS services rather than directly by the GP surgery.

Protect yourself this winter with your Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations.
