The NHS App gives you a simple and secure way to manage your healthcare from your smartphone, tablet or computer.

What Can I Do in the NHS App?

Depending on the services available to you, you can use the NHS App to:

Order Repeat Prescriptions
Order your repeat medication and choose which pharmacy you would like your prescription sent to.

View Test Results
View results that have been added to your GP health record, helping you keep track of your care.

View Your GP Health Record
Access information held in your GP record, which may include medications, allergies, test results, consultations and other health information.

Make and Manage Appointments
Submit Anima traige request, view and manage eligible appointments and cancel appointments you no longer need.

Receive Messages
Read messages and updates sent to you by your GP surgery and other NHS services.

Choose Your Pharmacy
View or change your nominated pharmacy for electronic prescriptions.

View Referrals
Depending on your referral, you may be able to view information and manage hospital or specialist appointments.

Airmid can be downloaded from either Google Play or the Apple App Store – just search for Airmid.  Many of our services are starting to offer Airmid as a new way of communicating with our patients. As a patient you can see you full medical history, order prescription online, see medical letters and track your results.

Opt out of sharing your health records

To help improve services, NHS England shares this data with researchers from organisations such as universities or hospitals. This type of data-sharing has been happening for many years.
